This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive, which provides consumers with a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. We encourage clients to review this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Return Period

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of contract conclusion or from the date you receive confirmation of your order, whichever is later. This 14-day cooling-off period applies to distance contracts and off-premises contracts as defined by EU law. The return period begins on the day the contract is concluded and ends 14 days later at midnight. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or cancellation, the following conditions must be met:

  • The cancellation request must be made within the 14-day return period
  • For service cancellations, the request must be made before substantial work has been completed
  • You must provide clear written notice of your intention to cancel
  • The service must not fall under the category of non-returnable items as specified below
  • If work has been completed, you must not have explicitly consented to begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period
  • You must acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed with your agreement

If you have requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you will be required to pay an amount proportional to what has been provided up to the time you inform us of your decision to cancel, compared to the full coverage of the contract.

Return Shipping Costs

As we provide digital design services rather than physical products, there are typically no shipping costs associated with returns. However, if you have received any physical materials as part of our services (such as printed design mockups or documentation), you are responsible for the cost of returning these items to us unless the items were defective or we failed to inform you of your obligation to bear the return costs. In cases where we have provided physical deliverables, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided by EU law, but it is not mandatory. Any clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the following items and services are not eligible for return or cancellation:

  • Services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent before the end of the withdrawal period
  • Customized or personalized services that have been specifically tailored to your requirements
  • Services where you have explicitly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed
  • Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if you have consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal
  • Services that have been substantially completed and delivered

If you have explicitly consented to begin performance of the service during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, you cannot cancel the service after it has been completed.

Our UX/UI design services are custom professional services tailored to each client's unique needs. Unlike physical products, design services involve time, expertise, and creative effort that cannot be returned once delivered. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring project cancellation or modification, and we strive to handle such situations fairly.

Deposit and Initial Payment

Projects typically require an initial deposit before work begins. This deposit covers the time and resources allocated to your project during the discovery and initial design phases. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they compensate for time invested in understanding your requirements and developing initial concepts.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you receive confirmation of your order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to help-deskY3mxs9K1m. If you cancel your order:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of any payment made, including deposit, minus any administrative fees (if applicable)
  • Cancellation during discovery phase: Refund of payment minus the value of work completed, which is typically 50% of the total project cost
  • Cancellation during design phase: Refund of payment minus the value of work completed to date, calculated proportionally
  • Cancellation after explicit consent to begin: If you have explicitly requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to help-deskY3mxs9K1m. We will process cancellation requests within 5 business days and provide a detailed accounting of work completed. If you cancel within the 14-day period and we have not begun providing the service, you will receive a full refund. If we have begun providing the service with your consent, you will be charged only for the portion of the service that has been provided.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot offer refunds for completed work, we are committed to your satisfaction. Our packages include multiple revision rounds to ensure the final design meets your expectations. We work collaboratively throughout the project, incorporating your feedback at each stage to prevent dissatisfaction with the final deliverables.

Revision Policy

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the package allowance may be purchased at our hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of initial design delivery. After this period, additional fees may apply for revisiting completed work.

Project Delays

If project delays are caused by Zythorinfryxarin and extend beyond agreed timelines without justification, you may be eligible for compensation in the form of additional services or partial refund. Delays caused by late client feedback, unavailable stakeholders, or scope changes are not eligible for compensation.

Quality Issues

If you believe the delivered work does not meet the agreed specifications or professional standards, please contact us immediately. We will review your concerns and work to resolve any quality issues. If we determine that deliverables fall short of agreed standards, we will provide corrective work at no additional charge.

Refund Procedure

We will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The refund process includes the following steps:

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request within 24 hours
  • We will calculate the refund amount based on work completed (if any)
  • We will process the refund within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation notice
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the project
  • We will send you confirmation once the refund has been initiated
  • Please allow additional time (typically 3-5 business days) for your financial institution to process the refund

If you have requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct from the reimbursement an amount proportional to what has been provided until you informed us of your decision to cancel, compared to the full coverage of the contract. We will provide you with a detailed breakdown of any deductions made.

Ownership and Files

Design files and intellectual property rights transfer to the client only upon full payment. In cases of partial payment due to cancellation, Zythorinfryxarin retains ownership of all design work. Clients will receive only the work they have paid for in an appropriate format.

Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving issues through open communication. If you have concerns about your project or our services, please contact us directly. We will work in good faith to address your concerns and find a mutually acceptable solution. Most disputes can be resolved through discussion and compromise.

Exceptions

Zythorinfryxarin reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or force majeure events, will be considered individually. Please contact us to discuss any unusual situations that may warrant special consideration.
